What are administrators? And how do I grant administrative access?

As the owner or administrator (aka admin) of a 23 Video tv-station, you can grant the other users admin privilidges. This means that they can do the same things as you - add or remove other users, moderate comments, add pages and change the look of the tv-station. Basically they'll be able to do everything on your 23 Video site, except pay the bill.

To give your co-editors admin priviledges, you go to the section "Users", under your tap "Settings". Here you tick off the box marked "Administrator" underneth the user details. Thats it!
