Can I control if my player is 16:9, 4:3 or something else?
Sure, you can control the size of a player through Design → Players. From this page, click the Edit link next to the player you wish to resize, and select the Size and behaviour tab on the player page.

Using this form you can set the height and width of your player. If you do not set width we'll try to find a meaningful default value; if you don't set height we'll fit it automatically to your content.
Auto-fitting the player's height to content means two different things: If you're playing one specific video (for example with an aspect ratio of 16:9) the player will fit the aspect ratio of that video (16:9 in our example). If you're showing an entire channel, we can't be certain about the aspect ratio, and the player will have an aspect ratio of 4:3.
Forcing players into 16:9
If all your content is shot in 16:9, it becomes an annying waste of space to have the default player size in 4:3. In these case simple set both the width and the height of you player -- and we'll always respect that setting.
You want to force the aspect ratio to 16:9? For example, set the width to 640 and the height to 360. Note: We are only forcing the size of the video player; not the content of the player. If you have 4:3 content fit into a 16:9 player, the video wil still be played in 4:3 -- and there will be black bars on the sides of the video clips.
